They said they could not take back the coffee once delivered due to FDA regulations. Guess what? Costco takes back food items all the time! Why? Because they want to keep the customer happy so that they will continue to shop there. Apparently this is lost on Roger,,,errr, San Francisco Bay, or whatever they are calling themselves today.
