Waited 15 minutes to even order water because she was sitting down in a booth, chatting with the staff. She cut me off numerous times while I was ordering to ask, "that's it??". She seemed bothered to have to serve us. To serve ANY of the tables there, honestly. I've served in the hospitality industry for 18 years. To state the obvious, you never EVER treat a customer like they're a bother or nuisance. Especially when they've had to wait for you for 15 minutes to acknowledge their presence!! Completely unacceptable. This restaurant was awesome once. Very disappointing. I will not be returning. EVER.January 29, 2017
